1 Big Bowl Chicken Shreds
3-4 Spring Onions Finely Chopped
4-5 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
Salt To Taste
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
1 Tsp Soya Sauce
½ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ Tsp Ajinomoto
1Tsp Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chillies Crush
2-3 Tsp Oil

1.Take double the amount of water than the chicken; add some black pepper powder and salt and boil the chicken in the water. After it’s boiled, drain the water (called stock) and make the shreds. These shreds can be used in noodles, rice etc.
2. If you want your recipe to have a red colour then you can use the tandoori colour available in markets.
3.When the corn flour we used becomes transparent, you can ascertain that the recipe is about to be done.
