You all know I love video taping other people’s awesome choreo for my channel to give y’all many options to stay in shape. Well…this childhood friend, Jenny McCormick, (who used to dance at the same dance studio as I did) is a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and NEW MOM!! She has her own YouTube channel (which is awesome) but hasn’t filmed anything in the past year b/c of being preggo and now having a newborn at home. She is just simply awesome and I ALWAYS LOVE taking her class when I visit my parents in Waco! She always has the perfect combo of great choreo and great fitness!!
