Butt Core Legs Lower Back workout- full body workout
With summer approaching I am gonna do a series of quick fun workouts that are toning and focusing on certain body areas. i will still be uploading weekly yoga sessions that are more contemplative and serious but it is time to add in a few lighter mood workouts and get fit for summer.
Interval training for weight loss
exercises included- lunges, back lunges, side lingoes, cross lunges, side jump lunges (yes! a lot of lunges !)
kicks, deadlifts, squads, chairs, plank jumps (great for the quadriceps)
surfer jumps
push ups
warrior two hold, side angle,chair, reverse warrior
Bikini series and get ready for summer fun series.
